    Barge originally built in 1963 in Germany. Housing / barge remodeled and re-furnished in 1993 in Germany. Remodeled and upgraded in Norway in 2015.

    In addition, there is a reception at the main entrance, a large kitchen with a dining room, a shared laundry room, a classroom / office landscape, a meeting room, a cloakroom, and two common rooms with TV in the bar.

    An addressable fire alarm system of the Autronica BS-100 DYFI type is installed. All rooms, common areas, corridors and technical rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Manual fire detectors are installed in all corridors and common areas.
